Michelle Clemons B.Arts (Music) Dip Clin Hyp, NLP, Life Coach EFT-ADV, MET Member of the Association for the advancement of Meridian Therapies Member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy

Michelle Clemons was born in Australia where she trained and worked as a classical musician. In 1983 she travelled to London where she established a successful teaching and playing career.

After having become fascinated by EFT and its ability to eliminate fears and anxiety, she began her EFT training with EFT Masters Sue Beer and Emma Roberts at the EFT Centre in London. She is now a certified Advanced Practitioner (Level 3) of EFT and Meridian Therapies.

Michelle went on to train with Phil Parker (who created the Lightning Process) at the European College of Holistic Medicine and was awarded their highly rated Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and Life Coaching. Shortly after receiving this Diploma she completed the necessary course of study, practice and observation and qualified as a Lightning Process Practitioner. She continues to attend a variety of seminars, workshops and courses to further her professional development and is currently pursuing training in Provocative Energy Therapy (PET) with its co-founders Steve Wells and Dr David Lake.

Michelle has a particular interest in helping those who suffer from performance nerves and fear of public speaking. With her background in the performing arts, she is very aware of the daily battle performers encounter with stage fright and how effectively EFT and the other modalities mentioned above can offer relief from the fears and physical symptoms, develop inner confidence and work towards enhancing performance and achieving excellence.

Michelle gives regular EFT Workshops, both in UK and abroad, which are renowned for their clarity, energy and enthusiasm. As well as working with private clients she also has regular fortnightly group sessions and does EFT by telephone.
